Riverside School and Oak Park Conservancy District

For many years, Oak Park Conservancy District has partnered with Riverside Elementary School to educate the students on Water Quality Issues,

the importance of pollution prevention, the water cycle, recycling and other environmental issues. Oak Park has donated books to the school library,

participated in Earthday presentations, storm drain marker projects, guest reading programs and other school functions. The importance of these

only grows and becomes more of an issue. By teaching the cause and effect of the issues, we can make a difference for future generations.
